TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOPS AND "LUNCH & LEARNS":
These workshops focus on various mental health topics such as identifying and implementing tools for burnout, stress & anxiety.

Emergency First Aid – CPR A & AED
In this one-day course, students will learn to recognize and provide interventions for life-threatening emergencies until medical aid arrives. Topics include: CPR and choking for adults, shock and unconsciousness, severe bleeding, head & spinal injuries, major medical conditions, and AED training and certification.
Standard First Aid – CPR C & AED
This two-day course covers all the skills in Emergency First Aid plus first aid for other injuries and illnesses including head and spinal injuries, fractures of the upper and lower limbs. This course includes Level C CPR training and certification (Adult, Child, Infant, and 2-rescuer resuscitation) and AED training and certification.
Participants that complete both of these courses receive certificates from St. John Ambulance.
MENTAL HEALTH & ST. JOHN AMBULANCE:
Individuals that register for two or more first aid courses will receive their second, third or fourth course at a discounted price. These packages can include all Mental Health First Aid Canada or St. John Ambulance First Aid courses, or a mixture of any of the four courses offered.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT BUNDLES:
Additional discounts will be provided when a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 18 for St. John Ambulance and a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 24 for Mental Health First Aid register for one course.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) provides twelve hours of training to help people provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
This fourteen hour Mental Health First Aid course focuses on the mental health problems and providing support to youth ages 12 to 24.
Each of these MHFA courses can be delivered over two days, three or four days or evenings.
Participants that complete these courses receive certificates from The Mental Health Commission of Canada.
